Morris Mark
Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer, Mark Asset Management
Morris Mark is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Mark Asset Management, an independent, SEC registered investment adviser based in New York City. Morris leads portfolio management, risk management and research activities for the company's long biased hedge fund and long only strategies.
Prior to founding the firm in 1985, he worked at Goldman Sachs, holding senior positions in both Institutional Research and Risk Arbitrage. Morris began his investment career as an institutional research analyst at First Manhattan Company. He was named to Institutional Investor magazine's "All-America Research Team" for 15 consecutive years. Morris holds a BA in Economics from Brooklyn College and a JD from Harvard Law School. He is currently a member of the Harvard Law School Advisory Board.
