Nick Graziano
Managing Partner, Venetus Partners
Mr. Graziano has over 20 years of direct industry experience. Prior to founding Venetus, Mr. Graziano was a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Corvex Management, which he joined as a pre-launch partner in 2010. At Corvex, Mr. Graziano played a key role in portfolio management, investment analysis, fundraising, hiring/training of analysts and risk oversight. Prior to Corvex, Mr. Graziano was a Portfolio Manager at Omega Advisors. Before his role at Omega, he served as a Managing Director and Head of Special Situations Equity at Sandell Asset Management, where he helped build and lead the special situations team responsible for managing a large portfolio of concentrated equity and activist investments. While at Sandell, Mr. Graziano served on the Boards of Directors of FICO, InfoSpace and WCI Communities. Mr. Graziano also served as a Senior Investment Analyst at Icahn Management, the primary investment vehicle of Carl Icahn, from 2004-2006. While at Icahn Management, he participated in the deployment of Icahn Partners' newly raised $3bn hedge fund vehicle and served on the Board of Directors of WestPoint Stevens. Mr. Graziano completed a 5-year undergraduate/M.B.A. program at Duke University earning a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business.
