David C. Saunders
Founding Managing Director, K2 Advisors
David C. Saunders, Founding Managing Director, graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1981 with a B.S. degree in Business.
He has been involved in the financial industry since 1983. Mr. Saunders has worked at a few investment banks including Tucker Anthony, First Boston Corp. and ABN Amro. He has also worked as a Head Trader at hedge funds WaterStreet Capital and Tiger Management. Mr. Saunders co-founded K2 Advisors in 1994.
Mr. Saunders serves on a number of Boards, among them; Tiger Foundation, University of Maryland where he Chairs the Investment Committee; The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation and The Windham Chapter of the Catskill Mountain Foundation.
