David Ross
Managing Director, RBC Capital Markets
David Ross is a Managing Director in the Central Funding Group ("CFG") of RBC Capital Markets, based in Toronto. Trained as a lawyer, David is part of the team within CFG that structures large securities finance transactions to deploy RBC's balance sheet. He joined RBC in 2000, and Central Funding in 2008. David holds degrees from Princeton University, Harvard Law School, and the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to RBC, he worked in private law practice, and also spent two years in Moscow working on legal reform with the Russian government. David speaks fluent French and good Russian.
