Steve Bandrowczak is President of Telecommunications Media and Technology at Sutherland Global Services.
Most recently, Steve was Senior Vice President for Global Business Services where he transformed HP's 16,000 employee shared services organization to a highly efficient operation with a focus on automation, business intelligence, and labor optimization. In addition, Steve led the BPO practice in the Enterprise Services Group.
Steve has more than 30 years of experience as a Business and IT professional. He has held senior leadership positions for various multi-billion dollar global companies, including Avaya, Nortel, Lenovo, DHL, and a privately owned SAP consulting company. He is a highly accomplished, results driven leader with demonstrated success. Steve is a distinguished technology change leader with a proven history of delivering the highest quality of leadership in a diverse range of technologies and has a proven track record of consistently and innovatively growing businesses and enhancing competitive positions while increasing profits. He frequently headlines conferences and teaches leadership at educational institutions, including Columbia University.
In 2004, Steve was named one of the Top 100 CIOs by Computerworld. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Long Island University, New York. He resides with his family in Greenwich, Connecticut.
