The threat of violence and intimidation affects women and girls of all ages and backgrounds, in the U.S. and globally. Protect Our Daughters is building a nationally-recognized self-defense training program based upon a simple, concise curriculum taught by former U.S. Special Forces. POD empowers women and builds confidence by teaching basic moves and safety tips, which were developed by a team of experts and U.S. Special Forces.
Founded by renowned businesswoman and philanthropist Georgette Mosbacher, POD seeks to empower women to be able to defend themselves, while raising money to support U.S. Special Forces veterans and their families with the medical and emotional challenges they face.
