Alkesh Gianchandani
Director, Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management
Alkesh Gianchandani is a Director in the Asset Wealth Management division at Deutsche Bank in New York. Alkesh is Global Co-Head of distribution for Deutsche's hedge fund businesses. Alkesh joined Deutsche Bank in 2010 as an investment specialist, focusing primarily on the bank's efforts in the alternatives space to the Institutional market. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Alkesh held senior marketing roles at private equity and hedge funds, focusing on distribution efforts exclusively to Institutional Investors, including Pensions, Endowments, Foundations, Family Offices and Fund-of-Funds. Alkesh started his Alternatives career by building out the hedge fund business at RiskMetrics Group (now MSCI) and spearheading the work on the HedgePlatform risk reporting services. Prior to his work with hedge funds, Alkesh was both a technology and management consultant. Alkesh is a graduate of New York University (MBA) and Lehigh University (BS).
