John Bader

Mr. Bader has been portfolio manager for Halcyon’s multi-strategy funds since 1991, after serving as Director of Research at Gruss & Co.  Mr. Bader has been a frequent speaker at educational forums on investing, including ones sponsored by NMS Management, Institutional Investor, The Borsa Italiana (Italian Stock Exchange), Columbia Business School, and the World Presidents’ Organization.  He has been featured in the Barron’s Roundtable, the Financial Times, and MARHedge, among other publications.  A recipient of numerous academic prizes, Mr. Bader received his A.B. from Harvard University, Class of 1984.  Mr. Bader serves on the Risk Management Committees of Halcyon and all of its affiliates.
