Andrew Wong
Co-Chief Investment Officer, Fortress Convex Strategies Group
Andrew Wong is Co-Chief Investment Officer of the Fortress Convex Strategies Group and a member of the Fortress Liquid Markets Risk Committee.
Prior to joining Fortress in 2011, he was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Artradis Fund Management in Singapore from 2004 to 2011 where he developed and managed Equity and FICC volatility and exotic/correlation portfolios. Previously he developed fixed income and equity derivative businesses for Morgan Stanley, Lehman, and UBS, in Tokyo, Hong Kong, London and Chicago, and also served as Director, Global Asset Allocation, Research at UBS. He is a member of the Derivatives Advisory Committee of the Singapore Exchange (SGX). Andrew graduated with University Distinction from Stanford University focusing on econometrics, completed graduate studies in mathematical finance at Cambridge University, and was a Fellow at The Harvard Kennedy School of Government where he researched macroeconomic policy and geopolitical risk and also lectured on derivatives.
